At Mario Badescu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns for products purchased directly from our website within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our Customer Service team via email or phone to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and receive the necessary return instructions.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all items are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest carrier location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
